Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of the temu.studio website and any application you send through it. By using the site or applying, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
A subscription is not taken out on this site. It is agreed in the client dashboard, under the dashboard’s own terms (see Subscriptions below). Those terms, and any separate written agreement we sign with you, take precedence over these terms where they differ.
Who we are
temu.studio is provided by Temu AG, a company registered in Zurich, Switzerland. You can reach us at privacy@temu.studio.
Using this website
You may read, share, and link to this site freely. In return, you agree not to misuse it: no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it; no scraping or automated harvesting beyond what robots.txt permits; and nothing unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.
We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time. We aim to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Our content and intellectual property
The text, design, code, the interactive dashboard demonstration, and the Temu name and mark are owned by Temu AG or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and other rights. The Temu mark and name may not be used without our written permission.
You may quote short passages with clear attribution and a link back. You may not republish, resell, or present our content as your own, or use it to train models, without our permission.
The web presences shown in the Salon are shown with the permission of the clients they belong to. Their names, marks and content remain the property of those clients, and nothing here grants you any right to use them.
Applying for a spot
temu.studio takes on a chosen few clients at a time, and every engagement begins with an application.
Applying is free and binds no one
Applying costs nothing. Sending an application, being invited to a call, or receiving a reply does not by itself create a binding agreement or oblige either of us to proceed.
Selection is ours to make
Temu takes on a limited number of clients and chooses them at its own discretion. We are not obliged to accept an application or to give reasons for a decision. Applying again later is always welcome.
Prices on this site are not an offer
The plans, vouchers and prices on the Rates page are information, not a binding offer, and may change. The binding price is the one shown in the client dashboard when you buy, in Swiss francs (CHF) and excluding VAT, which is added at the applicable rate.
Subscriptions
Selected clients receive access to the client dashboard at dashboard.temu.swiss. Subscriptions and effort vouchers are bought there, and only there. Billing, renewal, plan changes, cancellation, effort, and the ownership of the work we deliver are governed by the dashboard’s terms, which you receive and accept before you buy. A contract for work forms only then.
Third-party links and services
The site links to other services, for example temu.swiss, Limen↗ and the client dashboard, and relies on third-party providers to run (listed in our Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or availability of sites and services we do not control. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
No warranty
The site and its content are provided “as is”. The writing here is general information reflecting our views at the time. It is not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation, and you should not rely on it as such. The dashboard demonstration shows invented example data, not a real client’s.
To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site’s accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, Temu AG is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from an application. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for intent or gross negligence. Liability for work under a subscription is set out in the dashboard’s terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site and our service evolve. The current version always lives here, with the date shown. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. This version was last updated on 7 October 2026.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute is the courts of Zurich, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory place of jurisdiction the law provides for consumers.
