From idea to national success
The Idea for the House of Bags started with the necessity of creating an online store offering a wide selection of high-quality bags for men. Since Switzerland lacked such an offering, thehouseofbags.ch was born.

The first version of the online shop was exclusively targeted at men. Due to the stellar success and acceptance among customers, the offering for women followed shortly thereafter. In its current state, thehouseofbags.ch offers a wide variety of gender-neutral products as well.
The creative spot we developed for lifestyle Expo Man’s World‘s newcomer award. The House of Bags took a place on the podium.
With the latest web relaunch, the THOB team entrusted temu studio with the ideation and development of two main strategic initiatives.
Bold and fearless was the mission statement for the overarching brand. Simple and straightforward was the technical requirement regarding support, content creation and expandability of the framework. In close collaboration with the leadership & creative team at The House of Bags, we created an innovative brand which could be effortlessly augmented and serviced by the company employees.
The customer care challenge
One of the main strategic goals for The House of Bags was to offer immediate, direct and personalized support to its customers. Instead of using automated emails and chatbots, we decided to implement a somewhat old-school strategy: a concierge-like, personalized approach to the customer experience. The success was overwhelming, as can be seen in the ratings and reviews.
